[Preferred Skills] - Experience with Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, or similar enterprise hardware. - Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM/ticketing platforms. - Understanding of incident, request, change, asset, and inventory management. - CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification (a plus). - Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (a plus). ## Description Join a dynamic, technology-driven team as a Data Center Smart Hands Technician. This hands-on role is ideal for professionals passionate about infrastructure, troubleshooting, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence in a secure, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key part in supporting critical data center operations and have opportunities to build expertise with enterprise hardware and leading-edge infrastructure.
