The role will also act as support to pilot and execute new processes or improvements across all departments. The Data Analyst role will maintain the following responsibilities: Write and maintain process documents, assess current workflows and processes to identify areas of improvement and work with department subject matter experts on implementing those improvements, and will act as a support function to execute special time-sensitive projects as assigned., * Analyze current processes and procedures providing feedback and recommendations on process improvement * Collaborate with department leaders on process improvement and reporting opportunities * Own development, maintenance, and generation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting in collaboration with department managers. * Demonstrate understanding of Allied's business needs, systems, and workflows * Executes daily processes and procedures as assigned * Pilot new internal processes and procedures * Writes and maintains process documents * Coordinates with other Allied operational units to resolve problems and implement enhancement requests * Bridge communications between technical and non-technical teams * Assist with various team projects as assigned * Other duties as assigned, Here at Allied, we believe that great talent can thrive from anywhere.
