## About the Role

* 8+ years of software testing experience, including experience defining enterprise test strategies or leading complex test programs
 * Experience establishing test plans, test cases, test data approaches, quality metrics, and requirements traceability
 * Experience validating interfaces, integrations, APIs, data exchanges, and end-to-end business processes
 * Experience coordinating system testing, integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and defect management
 * Experience ensuring test evidence supports code coverage, test coverage, and requirements traceability expectations
 * Ability to obtain and maintain VA access
 * Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
 * Experience supporting Federal IT programs preferred
 * Experience supporting enterprise application implementations preferred
 * Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, GitHub, or similar tools
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders

What Would Be Nice To Have:

 * Momentum Financials/iFAMS or federal ERP testing experience preferred
 * ISTQB, CSTE, SAFe, or comparable testing/Agile certification
 * Experience with test automation strategy and CI/CD quality gates
