## About the Role

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support
 * Active DoD Secret security clearance
 * Possess a CompTIA Security +, or equivalent, in order to meet DoD 8570 requirements
 * Ability to document, track and resolve customer issues using ticketing software
 * Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
 * Excellent driving record
 * Honesty, integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude
 * Lift items that weigh up to 50 pounds unassisted (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
 * Ability to travel to customer locations within the assigned territory
 * Professional home office environment
 * Reliable phone, laptop/PC and high-speed Internet required.

## Description

* Provide exceptional customer care
 * Provide technical support to customers for network hardware and software
 * Travel to customer locations as needed
 * Perform installation, decommissioning and field service requests for various OEM network equipment providers
