## Description

The main function of this position is to perform Help Desk support and operational tasks within the Shared Services Division of First Farmers & Merchants Bank and Liberty National Bank. The position will be filled in our Cannon Falls, MN location and will provide services to six bank charters with 27 locations. Duties will be performed in accordance with established written procedures., * Provide support to customers via a Help Desk phone line on a variety of electronic banking products

 * Perform wire transfer transactions for affiliate banks
 * Assist affiliated bank employees with banking software or hardware issues including account password resets
 * Perform selected account reconcilements
 * Assist with producing monthly reports using various software
 * Perform various operational duties as requested when new Shared Services functions are established
 * Develop and maintain knowledge of bank's policies and procedures and perform all activities according to these guidelines
 * Perform administrative assistant duties
 * Other duties as requested
