Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting enterprise software platforms and business-critical applications in Financial Services or highly regulated environments. * Knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, or PowerBI. * Familiarity with automation and scripting technologies such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting. * Experience supporting DevOps-enabled environments and CI/CD practices. ## Description This position is for a Senior Associate level Application Support Engineer. The role involves providing Enterprise Application Support (EAS) for business-critical applications, ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and compliance with established service level objectives.
