The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer data architecture, identity resolution, real-time data movement, digital data collection, and customer analytics., * 10+ years of experience architecting and designing enterprise-scale data solutions. * Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including: + Amazon S3 + AWS Glue + AWS Lambda + Amazon Redshift + Amazon API Gateway + Amazon DynamoDB + Event-driven architectures * Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud data platforms. * Experience with: + Customer Identity Resolution + Identity Graphs + Customer 360 + Customer Profile Unification * Hands-on experience with: + Enterprise Customer Data Architecture + Data Integration + APIs + Real-Time Data Movement * Strong understanding of: + Digital Data Collection + Tag Management + Customer Analytics + Digital Tracking Frameworks, * Knowledge of MarTech and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). * Experience with Media Operations and Audience Activation. * Knowledge of Customer Segmentation and audience management. * AWS Architect Certification is preferred. Managerial & Leadership Skills * Strong experience in Customer Data Strategy and Roadmap Development. * Ability to provide cross-functional stakeholder leadership. * Experience driving continuous improvement through process design, standardization, and methodology development. * Ability to assess the feasibility, complexity, and scope of new capabilities and technology solutions. * Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and technical teams, including Architecture, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Delivery teams. * Ability to ensure consistent solution design, integration, and alignment across enterprise initiatives. Education * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
