## About the Role

* Experience in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
 * Working knowledge of Windows, MS 365/Office, computer hardware, and software.
 * Familiarity with iOS and Android devices.
 * Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * ITIL/ITSM knowledge is a plus.
 * Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
 * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

## Description

* Provide Tier 1 support for hardware, software, and technology-related issues.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate support team.
 * Triage incidents and service requests and manage tickets through resolution.
 * Document troubleshooting steps, user interactions, and resolutions.
 * Follow up with users and IT teams regarding open incidents and requests.
 * Assist users with hardware/software installation and usage.
 * Research technical issues and collaborate with IT teams to identify solutions.
