## Description

As a Blow Molding Technical Lead, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for our plastic extrusion and molding operations. You will drive operational excellence by optimizing production cycles and mentoring technical staff to ensure high-quality output and consistent manufacturing performance.
Responsibilities

 * Direct the daily blow molding production workflow to maximize equipment uptime and product consistency.
 * Spearhead process improvement initiatives that minimize material waste and elevate overall production yields.
