* 1-3 years of desktop support or technical support experience.
 * Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft applications.
 * Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, ports, cabling).
 * Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

 * Experience with asset management systems.

## Description

* Provide onsite desktop and laptop troubleshooting and support.
 * Install, configure, and deploy PCs, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
 * Support device replacements, refreshes, and lifecycle activities.
 * Configure and troubleshoot Cisco phones, voicemail, and basic telephony issues.
 * Complete workstation moves, adds, and changes.
 * Perform inventory management and asset tracking activities.
 * Follow established escalation procedures for unresolved issues.
 * Maintain accurate ticket documentation and status updates.
 * Adhere to HIPAA, security, and compliance requirements.
 * Support hospital and clinic staff in a professional and customer-focused manner.
