This position is primarily remote but may require up to 25% onsite support at the customer location on N Street in Washington, DC., * Plan, design, implement, test, and deploy enterprise network systems. * Determine network requirements and implement appropriate infrastructure solutions. * Install, configure, and maintain network information systems. * Monitor the health, stability, security, performance, availability, and capacity of network and data center environments. * Respond promptly to system alerts and incidents, assess impact, troubleshoot issues, and restore services. * Escalate critical issues to appropriate technical teams and maintain incident documentation. * Perform routine maintenance including server patching, firmware upgrades, backups, and system maintenance. * Coordinate maintenance activities with infrastructure teams to minimize operational impact. * Prepare reports and performance metrics on network health and utilization. * Support network backup and recovery operations. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, specifications, and infrastructure standards.
