Tools & Environment Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, Freshservice (ITSM/CMDB), a project portfolio management tool, and general cloud infrastructure platforms., You're technically fluent enough to lead infrastructure, cloud, and IT service management work without needing a long ramp-up, and disciplined about governance and reporting.
