## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science Degree (Computer Science or related technical degree preferred) or equivalent practical experience
 * 5 -7 years of configuration experience; 3+ years of Insurance experience preferred
 * Previous experience with Sapiens Policy Pro is highly preferred
 * Experience working with P&C insurance compliance data (ISO) a plus
 * Practical experience applying computer science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, conditional logic, and troubleshooting complex systems; developing software experience preferred
 * Ability to query and understand the structures of relational databases is required (SQL Server, Oracle)

## Description

* Work directly with business analysts and business partners to identify and implement solutions
 * Estimate, plan and implement maintainable and efficient solutions for multiple assigned tasks within target dates
 * Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex configuration issues in a timely manner
 * Document and communicate updates clearly and comprehensively to stakeholders
 * Work effectively with QA analysts to ensure thorough testing and validation of configurations
 * Work with release management to ensure a smooth elevation of configuration solutions to production
 * Participate in requirements gathering and sprint planning sessions
 * Other duties as assigned by supervisor
