dashboards, analytics, and reporting.

Development Best Practices: Follows upgrade-safe, scalable, modular, and well-documented development standards aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Collaboration: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile teams alongside BAs, QAs, administrators, and business stakeholders.
