Required Technical Skills & Experience * Framework Mastery: Expert hands-on experience building test automation frameworks from scratch (Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit). * Design Patterns: Complete mastery of test automation foundations, including Page Object Model (POM) and Page Component Object Model (PCOM), for robust script maintenance. * API Testing: Expert engineering experience with API testing and automation tools (Postman, REST Assured, SOAPUI). * CI/CD & Cloud: Strong experience embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native testing environments (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). * GenAI Testing: Working knowledge of LLMs and experience utilizing Generative AI or Agentic AI testing frameworks to optimize test maintenance and execution efficiency. * Containerization: Functional experience with DevOps containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). * Tooling: Proficiency in modern test management suites (Jira, Zephyr, TestRail) within Agile and DevOps methodologies. * Domain Knowledge: Core understanding of security testing principles and compliance frameworks within complex, highly regulated business ecosystems. ## Description Looking to join a growing company dedicated to helping others? You will manage a high-performing QE organization to drive a culture of high engineering maturity, continuous integration, and rapid deployment. You will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of End-to-End (E2E) automation for UI and API layers. Hands-on framework development experience is a MUST for this role. You will manage technical resources, spearhead "Shift Left" testing practices, and ensure our software solutions meet elite technical and compliance standards before release.
