The right candidate will enjoy building relationships with customers, adapt quickly to change, and demonstrate grit that will inspire others to strive for superior results. This opportunity is open to individuals located in San Antonio, TX and/or surrounding areas. Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, BCforward, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes. Key Responsibilities Core Duties Respond to customer IT issues and service requests, providing friendly and professional first-level support. * Troubleshoot common technical issues using available knowledge resources and escalate issues when additional assistance is needed. * Accurately document, track, escalate, and follow up on incidents through resolution. * * Maintain timely communication with customers while working to meet established service-level expectations. Deliverables or Project Scope Provide timely first-level resolution or appropriate escalation of IT incidents and service requests. * Maintain complete and accurate documentation of troubleshooting activities and outcomes. * * Support customer satisfaction through professional communication and consistent follow-up., This is a contractor role administered through a third-party payroll supplier. The supplier will determine compensation, benefits, and applicable employment policies. The contractor will not be eligible for employee benefits from Accenture. The supplier will ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws including ADA, FMLA, and local ordinances.
