## Description

The candidate will join a small local team and provide end user support to all of the internal end users across the U.S. The technician will be taking incoming calls/tickets and be expected to provide exceptional customer service and solve technical issues. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Windows 11 OS, Active Directory (policies, distribution groups), VMWare, and Sharepoint over the phone, at the users' desks, or via remote management software. The support technician will also be responsible for setting up new users with hardware -- laptops, iphones, printers -- and be responsible for ensuring access and licenses are turned on/off appropriately.
