## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on Zscaler engineering experience, recent, active, and deep, not adjacent.
 * Strong, demonstrable work across ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX.
 * Proven ZIA/ZPA disaster recovery experience and a current Zscaler certification.
 * Confidence troubleshooting complex enterprise networking and security issues independently.
 * The communication skills to be the calm, credible voice in the room, with clients, not just colleagues.
 * Flexibility to cover Eastern and Central US time zones.

Nice to have: Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer certification, experience with Zscaler Branch Connectors, and time spent inside large enterprise Zscaler deployments.

## Description

* End-to-end design, configuration, and administration of enterprise Zscaler environments across ZIA, ZPA, Workloads, and ZDX.
 * Security, access, and traffic policies, built, maintained, and continuously optimised.
 * Disaster recovery for ZIA and ZPA, including identifying failure points before they become problems.
 * A seat as the senior technical point of contact, translating complex issues into clear answers for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
 * Cross-functional collaboration with networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams., * A role where your expertise is the whole point - not one skill among many on a generalist ticket.
