## About the Role

* Required: Active Epic Referrals and Authorizations certification
 * Preferred: Epic Prelude/Cadence certification
 * Senior-level analyst experience (5-7+ years)
 * Experience training and supporting newer-level analysts
 * Multi-facility hospital system experience
 * Bachelor's degree

## Description

* Serve as advisor to a referral/WQ optimization initiative
 * Provide expertise on overall recommended design, aligned with Epic Foundation and industry best practices
 * Lead design documentation and workflow analysis
 * Complete configuration and build
 * Facilitate and contribute to end-user validation (WQ, orders, and analytic tools)
 * Support education and training initiatives
 * Collaborate with and mentor other analysts and stakeholders as needed
 * Support value/outcome metrics of optimization initiatives (data collection, presentation, ongoing monitoring)
 * Review and facilitate Nova Note review and all upgrade activities related to WQ/referral design
