If yes, please describe your role and responsibilities. ## Description Home Offer 365 is looking for an experienced CRM & Lead Automation Consultant to help us build, organize, automate, and continuously improve our lead-management system. We generate a high volume of inbound homeowner leads through digital marketing, social media, websites, and referrals. Your goal is simple: Make sure every lead is captured, contacted, followed up with, nurtured, tracked, and never falls through the cracks. We're looking for a hands-on builder, not someone who only provides recommendations. What You'll Do * Build and optimize our CRM pipelines * Create automated lead routing and assignments * Build SMS and email drip campaigns * Create speed-to-lead and no-answer follow-up * Build appointment reminders and missed-appointment campaigns * Create long-term nurture and old-lead reactivation campaigns * Manage stages, tags, tasks, and follow-up workflows * Integrate Facebook/Meta, websites, SMS, email, dialers, and calendars * Work with Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks * Identify leads that aren't being properly worked * Build dashboards and conversion reporting * Continuously improve lead follow-up and conversion Initial On-Site Onboarding - Expenses Paid This position will become remote, but we're looking for someone who can spend approximately the first 1-2 weeks at our Lebanon, PA office working directly with our team. Home Offer 365 will cover approved travel expenses, including: Airfare Hotel Meals Ground Transportation We want you to understand our operation firsthand before building and improving the system., * Have you built campaigns specifically to reactivate old or unresponsive leads? If yes, approximately how large was the database and what results did you achieve? * What experience do you have integrating CRMs with Facebook/Meta leads, websites, dialers, SMS, email, calendars, Zapier, Make, APIs, or webhooks? * If you joined us and discovered that hundreds of leads had no recent activity, no next task, and inconsistent pipeline stages, what would you do during your first week? * If given the opportunity, how soon would you be available to start, and approximately how many hours per week could you dedicate to Home Offer 365? * After an initial Zoom interview and meeting our team, would you be willing and available to travel to our corporate office in Lebanon, Pennsylvania for approximately 1-2 weeks of on-site onboarding and system development?
