The position is administrative and requires proficiency in written and verbal communication, computer literacy and the ability to perform detailed clerical work and record keeping for our busy maintenance division to assist our maintenance, cleaning, and snow departments. Our maintenance administrative team members are the first point of contact for client inquiries and deliver outstanding solutions-based service, develop strong working relationships with clients (internal and external) and learn to understand what our clients need and how we can help them. The maintenance administrative team works with our clients and property managers to ensure that common questions and concerns are handled in a timely manner by providing support, research, and issue resolution. This position is critical to the overall client experience.
