You will lead architectural decision-making, establish the patterns and standards our teams build on, and ensure our fintech platform is scalable, secure and built to last- while championing AI code generation, spec-driven development, and agentic workflows to enable exceptional team velocity without compromising quality. You will work on shaping the technical direction of a fast-growing fintech, whilst partnering closely with Product Management, engineering leadership and our SDET teams to align technical solutions with business needs and to embed quality and testability as first-class architectural concerns. You'll stay close to the code-producing reference implementations, proofs of concept and clear architecture documentation that bring your designs to life.
