The role combines hands-on application development with technical expertise, contributing to solution design and promoting development standards and best practices across applications and databases. Working collaboratively with business stakeholders and IT staff, the position assists in defining business and system requirements and translating those requirements into practical, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions. The position participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing support, with an emphasis on delivering secure, reliable, and high-quality solutions. The position is also responsible for the development, enhancement, maintenance, and ongoing support of web-based and Windows-based applications used throughout the organization. In addition, the role coordinates software development initiatives from initial concept and requirements definition through implementation and successful delivery, working with stakeholders and other technical resources to ensure solutions meet established business and technical objectives., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable software applications and services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
