The ideal candidate will possess advanced software engineering expertise, strong development skills, and the ability to mentor team members while contributing hands-on to complex technical initiatives., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related technical field from an accredited university. * 7+ years of professional software development experience. Experience developing applications using C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. Experience with C/C++ is preferred. * Advanced proficiency in C, C++, and/or C#. * Extensive experience with Microsoft Visual Studio. * Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes, including Jenkins. * Experience with GitHub and modern software development workflows. * Familiarity with enterprise environments and EBS platforms or similar systems. * Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices. * Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
