* Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
 * 8+ years' experience leading AI, data science, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives within technical or industrial environments.
 * Proven success building and developing high-performing teams while leading large-scale business transformation.
 * Experience scaling AI and machine learning solutions from concept through to production.
 * Strong understanding of how AI and advanced analytics create value across product development, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
 * Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
