## About the Role

* 3+ years of IT support, desktop support, or similar hands-on technical experience
 * Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows PCs and Microsoft Office
 * Experience supporting laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common workplace applications
 * Familiarity with hardware imaging, configuration, and deployment
 * Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, DNS, and DHCP
 * Strong communication and customer service skills

## Description

A professional services organization is looking to bring on a Service Desk Technician to provide hands-on technology assistance to employees in an office environment. You will support Windows computers, Microsoft Office applications, mobile devices, printers, and other workplace technology while troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day technical issues.

You'll also assist with laptop and desktop deployments, conference room and video conferencing technology, hardware installations, and equipment replacements.
