Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree. * Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role. * Proven experience managing enterprise-level networks in a DoW or federal environment. * CompTIA Security+ or IAT Level II equivalent certification. * Must possess an active Top Secret with SCI clearance at time of consideration. Preferred: * ITIL Foundation certification * Experience with SolarWinds licensing, configuration, management and monitoring. * Experience with VMWare, Active Directory, RSA Tokens, CAC Pin Resets, and ServiceNOW. * CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or other computing environment certification. * Experience with DoW-specific cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., DIACAP, STIGs). * Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) and zero-trust architectures. ## Description Leidos is seeking a Deputy Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA to support large-scale migration and operations on a large, high-profile DOW contract. The I3TS program provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Information Management & Technology Directorate (J6) to consolidate, modernize, and continuously innovate the delivery of IT services and mission capabilities to DTRA's internal and external mission partners operating in CONUS and OCONUS locations., The candidate will be an experienced NOSC Manager to oversee the operational integrity, security, and performance of critical network infrastructure. The Deputy NOSC Manager will lead a team responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining DoW networks, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and cybersecurity standards.
