* You have deep enthusiasm for Software Engineering and implementing new technologies in practice
 * You bring solid experience in software development with Go, ideally at scale in productive use
 * You have experience with Kubernetes and understand concepts like Operators, CRDs, or Multi-Tenant-Architectures. You are comfortable in modern cloud environments
 * You work routinely with tools like Docker, ArgoCD, Helm, or Terraform
 * You bring a high quality awareness and purposefully use Testing, CI/CD, and Monitoring to secure your software

 * You work closely with fellow engineers in an agile product team as well as additional stakeholders responsible for the product
