Demonstrated ability to partner cross-discipline within a team. * 4 years of experience with one or more of the following: Launch system, facility design, military aerospace development, * Active DoD Top Secret Clearance * Understanding of the Systems Engineering V-Model * Experience with ICBM weapon system sustainment engineering and integration * Communication and leadership skills and experience leading small teams in a dynamic work environment * Large scale / complex system development experience across multiple phases of a development program: preliminary design, detailed design, integration and test, verification and sell off, transition to production * Experience with technical reviews for large scale and complex system development * Experience in documenting Interface Control Documents, Interface Requirement Specifications, and Interface Description Documents * Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS * Experience modeling with Cameo Enterprise Architecture, MagicDraw (No Magic, Inc.) or other architecture modeling tools * Experience with Agile Development * Experience with complex system development on large programs ## Description The Sr. Staff Systems Engineer will join the team supporting activities including use case development, requirements definition / allocation, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification & validation, and requirements traceability.
