This role deploys and troubleshoots small-scale to medium network deployments, conducts routine tests to ensure operability of the network, and identifies network needs and capabilities from an end-user perspective. The Network Administrator troubleshoots intermediary network problems and escalates large-scale network issues appropriately., * Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. * Install, configure, manage, and maintain network infrastructure devices as well as all related hardware and software. * Identify network needs and capabilities from an end-user perspective. * Monitor the network to maintain integrity and operability. * Deploy and troubleshoot small-scale to medium network deployments. * Conduct appropriate tests to ensure the proper working condition of developed and purchased network systems. * Monitor network performance and perform intermediary network restoration/recovery actions. * Responsible for operations, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications such as voice, video, and data transport and associated hardware., Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
