## About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain backend services for production systems. ## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
 * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
 * Write clean, testable, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
 * Build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring reliability and scalability.
 * Optimize application performance and database queries for services that handle large datasets.
 * Implement automated tests and CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable releases.
 * Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
 * Document system designs, APIs, and runbooks; communicate status and trade-offs in Korean and English as needed.
