## Description

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician serves as the first point of contact for

customers experiencing network or internet service issues.

Primary Responsibilities

 * Answer customer calls, emails, and support tickets.
 * Perform first-level troubleshooting for internet, Wi-Fi, CPE, ONTs, and outages.
 * Document troubleshooting.
 * Monitor network alarms.
 * Escalate unresolved issues.
 * Communicate with customers.
 * Follow runbooks.
 * Participate in shift turnover.
 * Provide Level II support.
 * Assist technicians and installers.
 * Diagnose Layer 2/3 issues.
 * Analyze outages and performance.
 * Coordinate with Network Engineers.
 * Perform approved network changes.
 * Maintain documentation.
 * Mentor technicians.
