Essential Skills * 6-8 years of experience in RPA. * Minimum hands-on experience of 6 years in RPA (UiPath tool), having designed, developed, and deployed multiple BOTS. ## Description * Developing new and enhancing existing solutions, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining adherence to defined specifications. * Serving as a technical lead to identify the most effective solution approaches within the UiPath environment. * Translating business requirements and architectural direction into scalable, high-quality solutions. * Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful automation outcomes. * Due to ongoing support requirements, participation in an On-Call rotation may be required., * Support/project lead in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored RPA solution that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes. * Provide guidance and hand-hold developers on technical front. * Review codes and suggest improvements. * Develop and document RPA configuration best practices. * Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. * Analyze client processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential, and recommend RPA approach/strategy. * Conduct RPA High Level Assessments. * Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to clients by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
