## About the Role

* A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
 * Six (6) or more years of relevant experience in master data management, ERP systems, shared services, or data management.
 * Experience managing enterprise master data domains within SAP.
 * One (1) or more years of people leadership or management experience.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

 * Two (2) or more years of people leadership or management experience.
 * Experience supporting master data readiness for ERP implementations, migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
 * Experience improving master data processes through workflow automation, data-quality tools, or related technologies.
 * Experience working across multiple enterprise data domains, such as customer, vendor, material, specifications, quality, or production data.

## Description

* Lead and develop a team of master data professionals, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and supporting their continued development.
 * Guide the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across customer, vendor, material, specifications, quality, and production domains.
 * Provide functional expertise across SAP master data and connected systems, helping teams understand how data and process changes affect the broader organization.
 * Build consistent, repeatable processes for resolving data issues, implementing changes, and maintaining data quality across business applications.
 * Partner with business process owners, technology teams, and data governance leaders to embed clear data stewardship practices throughout business processes.
 * Evaluate opportunities to improve master data processes through automation, workflow improvements, and artificial intelligence.
 * Lead master data readiness efforts supporting ERP, digital transformation, and other cross-functional initiatives.
 * Develop and implement improvements that strengthen data quality, simplify processes, and support evolving business requirements within SAP and integrated systems.
 * Establish meaningful measures for service levels, request volumes, accuracy, data quality, and team performance, providing clear visibility to leadership.
 * Strengthen master data controls, support audits, identify root causes of data quality issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
 * Develop policies, SOPs, training materials, and job aids that create consistent master data practices across the organization.
 * Build strong relationships across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and other business areas to support effective master data decisions and implementation.
