## About the Role

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Responsible for designing, configuring, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Source To Pay focus required - certifications (including platform foundation) and/or equivalent experience.

· Configure and develop ServiceNow applications and functionality

· Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer

## Description

· Develop integrations using Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP APIsCreate and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items

· Support testing, deployment, and production support activities

· Troubleshoot defects and performance issues

· Create and maintain technical documentation

· Participate in Agile delivery processes and collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

· Note: additional required certifications may vary based on specific product

Preferred: Certified Application Developer (CAD) and applicable ServiceNow implementation certifications aligned to assigned modules
