## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AWS migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cloud migration projects, particularly with AWS, and be proficient in using Jira for project management., * Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on AWS migration projects.

 * Proficiency in using Jira for project management.
 * Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies and best practices.
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
 * Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
 * Relevant certifications such as PMI-PMP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or similar are a plus., * Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
 * Familiarity with other project management tools and methodologies.
 * Experience in managing large-scale cloud migration projects.
 * Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management.
 * Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, and Microsoft Entra ID.
 * Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
 * AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification preferred.

## Description

* Lead and manage AWS migration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
 * Develop and manage project plans using Jira software, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
 * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
 * Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
 * Monitor project progress and performance, preparing status reports and escalating issues as needed.
 * Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
 * Provide training and technical support to Jira end users.
 * Create and manage complex reports and dashboards for the management team.
