## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
 * 10+ years of experience in security engineering or related field
 * Proven experience defining and executing enterprise security strategy
 * Deep knowledge of modern threats, attack techniques, and detection engineering
 * Experience with threat modeling, incident response, and security operations
 * Demonstrated ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders
 * Preferred:
 * Proven ability to evaluate protocols, practices, and patterns based on enterprise fit, risk management, operability, and adoption at scale
 * Advance adaptive authentication and risk-based access decisions informed by behavioral analytics, AI-driven risk signals, device posture, and contextual intelligence.
 * Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures, AI agents, machine identities, non-human identities (NHI), autonomous systems, and AI-enabled workflows. Experience establishing governance, authorization, accountability, and trust models for autonomous actors.
 * Familiarity with AI security frameworks (e.g., OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS)

## Description

* Provides technical leadership for enterprise threat modeling, identity security, and AI-related attack mitigation.
 * Defines architectures and controls for human, machine, and AI identities, including agent provisioning and governance.
 * Advances adaptive authentication, risk-based access, and AI-powered detection to improve security and reduce friction.

Agentic Identity & Machine Governance

 * Establishes frameworks for AI agent provisioning, accountability, and policy enforcement.
 * Develops strategies for secrets management, workload identity, and credential lifecycle.
 * Addresses risks from autonomous systems and identity sprawl.

AI-Driven Operations & Innovation

 * Champions automation for access reviews, role mining, and anomaly detection.
 * Leads research on AI threats, adversarial techniques, and security frameworks like OWASP LLM Top 10.
 * Promotes adoption of modern security technologies and best practices.

Collaboration & Leadership

 * Partners with product and engineering teams to embed security into design.
 * Mentors engineers, influences leadership on risk posture, and establishes technical standards for detection and response.
