## Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Finance Systems team, supporting a portfolio of financial applications and services across the organisation.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse current processes, define future-state solutions, and drive meaningful change, ensuring our systems and practices continue to evolve efficiently and effectively., * Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders

 * Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear functional and operational requirements
 * Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for systems, processes, and workflows
 * Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions
 * Conduct research and analysis to assess alternative approaches, including process changes and system enhancements, providing balanced and cost-effective recommendations
 * Build strong, collaborative relationships with finance and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication, engagement, and delivery
