Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance if needed for specific customer work. * Must work on-site in our Pittsburgh / Robinson Township office. Local candidates only. Nice to have * Custom ERP, manufacturing, distribution, rental, or other vertical line-of-business application experience. * Legacy modernization (AS/400 / IBM i, RPG, or similar) and data migration into modern SQL-backed systems. * DevOps / CI-CD exposure (Azure DevOps, Git, build/release pipelines). * Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, or similar reporting tools. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Azure services used alongside on-prem line-of-business apps. * Effective use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or similar, while maintaining human oversight, code review, testing, and accountability for production code. ## Description Day to day, this role lives in Microsoft Visual Studio and the Microsoft stack: C# / .NET, SQL Server, and the integrations that keep production data moving.
