The Clinical Application Specialist will report to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for pre-and post-sales customer support for the CuraMedix product suite and their application. They play a fundamental role in the exceptional service, support, education, and training CuraMedix offers its prospects and customers. The Clinical Application Specialist will work closely with Sales to identify new product or upgrade opportunities as well as with the Service/Tech Support team to identify device issues and maintenance needs. Your efforts will impact our customers' ability to improve productivity, patient outcomes, experiences and quality by optimizing their technical and clinical competencies, workflow, and protocol management. The Clinical Application Specialist will travel extensively with travel encompassing 70% or more of the responsibilities.
