In this role, you will manage and maintain our hybrid IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability across on-premises and cloud systems. Your expertise will keep our servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, and end-user devices running smoothly, supporting our organization's growth and operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work across a broad technology stack, from HPE blade servers and Hyper-V virtualization to Azure, SharePoint Online, and mobile device management., * Manage, configure, and maintain HPE server blades and enclosures, including firmware updates, RAID configuration, and hardware health monitoring to ensure high availability. * Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user account management. * Deploy and manage virtual machines on Hyper-V, including resource allocation, performance tuning, and capacity planning. * Administer Microsoft Azure services, including Entra ID (Azure AD), identity synchronization, and cloud resource management. * Manage Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange in a hybrid configuration, including mailbox administration, mail flow, and migration support. * Administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and document libraries to support collaboration across the organization. * Maintain file services and NAS storage, including share permissions, quotas, replication, and backup integration. * Perform server and data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data across on-premises and cloud environments. * Configure and manage Ubiquiti network devices (UniFi switches, gateways, and wireless access points), including VLANs, firewall rules, and VPNs. * Manage iOS and Windows devices through a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, including enrollment, configuration profiles, app deployment, and security compliance. * Support Canon printers and multifunction devices, including driver deployment, print server management, and scan-to-email/folder configuration. * Provide administrative and technical support for QuickBooks Online (QBO), including user access, integrations, and troubleshooting. * Develop automation scripts using PowerShell (and Bash where applicable) to streamline administration and reporting. * Maintain documentation for system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures. * Provide technical support for systems, devices, and applications to ensure minimal downtime. ## Related Videos - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
