This is an execution and ownership role, not a strategy role. You will be given direction on priorities and architecture; your job is to make things happen reliably, communicate proactively when something is off-track, and never let scope or risk go unspoken., Systems Administration: * Serve as primary administrator across core business systems (Salesforce, Freshdesk, Monday.com, and supporting platforms). * Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, permissions, and access audits. * Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and coordinate with vendors on fixes, upgrades, and maintenance windows. * Maintain living documentation for every system you administer- configuration, processes, and known issues. Project Coordination: * Run technology and systems projects end-to-end: planning, timeline, testing, implementation, and vendor coordination. * Track milestones and proactively flag schedule or scope risk before it becomes a surprise. * Support new system rollouts and enhancements identified by the Director.
