## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
 + 9+ yrs. experience with BS/BA
 + 7+ yrs. experience with MS/MA
 + 4+ yrs. experience with PhD

Nice to Have:

 * Jama for Requirements and Test Management
 * Ability to write scripts for test automation and data analysis
 * Experience with project management methodologies and tools like Agile, Scrum
 * Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD, MIL-HDBK, ISO, ASME

## Description

* Develop detailed test plans and procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available.
 * Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, architectures, and troubleshooting procedures.
 * Candidate will be responsible for requirements derivation, requirements traceability, systems integration & test, performance verification.
 * Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and/or conducting system performance modelling.
 * Coordinate and conduct system integration testing to ensure compatibility and performance.
 * Document findings, generate test reports, and present results to stakeholders.
 * Presenting engineering material in life cycle design reviews.
 * Support test events at multiple test event sites.
 * Candidate will be responsible for Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and design.
 * Candidate will play an active role in troubleshooting system level failures amongst a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components into a cohesive system.
 * Support test events at multiple test event sites.
