## Description

* Demonstrate executive presence when delivering insights to upper leadership, ensuring clear and impactful communication.
 * Leverage a strategic mindset to perform root cause analysis, identifying opportunities based on patient feedback.
 * Consistently outreach to discharge planners to provide education and build awareness of offerings
 * Prioritize key insights and opportunities to align with business goals and stakeholder needs.

 * Identify opportunities to grow as provider of choice through relationship building and addressing feedback
 * Partner with internal field teammates to optimize the admission process and implement best demonstrated practices
 * Combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking to translate feedback into growth-oriented business strategies.
 * Assist with necessary communication between hospital, admission and clinic teammates to work through patient placements with extenuating circumstances
 * Support a smooth and seamless discharge experience for patients and hospital staff to DaVita centers
 * Develop comprehensive knowledge of local markets
