## About the Role

This opportunity would suit someone early in their IT career who is keen to develop their technical skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. This role will be working 08.30 - 17.00, Monday to Friday., * At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role

 * Good working knowledge of Windows environments
 * Basic understanding of networks and server environments
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * A proactive, team-focused attitude

Desirable:

 * Experience using helpdesk systems
 * Exposure to structured IT environments within manufacturing or similar industries

## Description

A well-established manufacturing business is looking for an IT Technician to join its on-site support team. This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll provide first-line support across the business, ensuring systems and users are fully supported day-to-day., * Provide first-line IT support to users across the business

 * Log, manage, and resolve incidents via the helpdesk system
 * Escalate technical issues to senior engineers or external support when required
 * Assist with IT projects and system improvements
 * Carry out routine IT maintenance and housekeeping tasks
 * Maintain clear and accurate documentation
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the IT function
