## About the Role

You will also support system testing, change management activities, and platform releases.As part of an Agile delivery team, you will work alongside both technical and business colleagues to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support business objectives.The role offers excellent exposure to a complex Salesforce environment and provides opportunities to develop your skills across platform administration, automation, integrations, and wider CRM best practices.All activities will be carried out in accordance with the organisation's governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation, and processes are followed at all times.Key ExperiencePrevious experience working with Salesforce in an
Administrator, Support Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar role is essential.Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including user management, profiles, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and data management.Experience supporting Salesforce users and resolving system issues, incidents, and service requests.Good understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience and core Salesforce functionality.Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support process improvements.Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.Experience working within Agile delivery environments and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps would be beneficial.Exposure to Salesforce integrations, APIs, Apex, or Lightning Web Components would be advantageous but is not essential.Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would
