Work at the Nevada National Security Site (located 65 miles northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada) is required in support of these functions.( candidates must be willing to relocate if not local , relocation package available). * Work schedule for this position will be 4/10's Monday through Thursday (subject to change). * Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. Ability to obtain a HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential under the Department of Energy Order 206.2, ' Identity, Credential, and Access Management ,' and Supplemental Directive NNSA SD 206.2, ' Implementation of Personal Identity Verification for Uncleared Contractors .' ## Description The Procurement Business Systems Manager (Manager I) is responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of Oracle Fusion functionality and broader supply chain data systems for the Procurement Organization. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team tasked with delivering robust data analytics, reporting solutions, automated workflows, and system enhancements. You will collaborate across Management & Operating (M&O) partners, NNSA, and the broader enterprise to ensure systems directly support strategic mission requirements., Technical & Systems Optimization * Provide technical and functional leadership for the administration, maintenance, analysis, and enhancement of the Oracle Fusion Purchasing System and related supply chain applications. * Conduct root-cause analysis on purchasing systems and reporting frameworks to identify system failures, data gaps, and operational bottlenecks. * Architect and implement digital reporting, workflow, and metrics solutions, including executive data dashboards, automated reporting tools, and process automation. * Evaluate emerging technologies and software solutions to provide actionable recommendations that expand data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. Strategic & Operational Leadership * Drive proactive system and process integrations across the organization to align with dynamic operational requirements. * Collaborate effectively across divisions, MSTS leadership, The Nevada Enterprise, and NNSA stakeholders. * Manage financial and operational objectives by forecasting resource needs, preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions. * Enforce quality and customer service standards, analyzing metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
