 * Exposure to iOS device support
 * Experience performing desktop deployments and hardware installations

 * Someone eager to learn and develop technical skills
 * A team-oriented individual who takes pride in helping others
 * Strong attention to detail and a service-first mindset
 * Ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment

## Description

* Provide on-site desktop support for employees and project personnel
 * Set up and deploy new workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and login-related issues
 * Serve as the first point of contact for technology support requests
 * Assist with new employee onboarding, workstation setup, and account access
 * Support Windows-based environments, Apple devices, and common office technologies
 * Coordinate with remote IT teams to escalate and resolve technical issues
 * Manage basic inventory and deployment of IT equipment
 * Support office build-outs, workstation moves, and technology installations
 * Assist with badge provisioning and access-related tasks as needed
 * Deliver a high level of customer service and white-glove support to end users
