Preferred qualifications: * 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. * Proficient experience in program or project management, mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fab), operations, Manufacturing/Product Engineering, PDM/Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain. * Experience in a role leading coordination across multiple technical teams. Responsibilities * Oversee the effective execution of all planning, scheduling, and control processes for data center operational activities. * Collaborate extensively with partners and stakeholders to ensure synchronized efforts, effectively sequencing the arrival of materials and resources. * Lead the design, launch, and scaling of the Operations Command Center, a centralized capability providing end-to-end visibility and orchestration across TPU deployments. * Shift and deploy teams in advance of work as projects need to change, develop and maintain schedules and optimize resource leveling. * Gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, and develop schedules to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
