## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or MDM, preferably within SAP environments
 * Knowledge of SAP Information Steward, SAP MDG, or equivalent data governance tools
 * Experience building data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and data quality scorecards
 * Strong facilitation skills to work with data stewards, business process owners, and IT architects
 * Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to enterprise data
 * Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams

Nice to have:

 * Experience with Power BI, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BTP, or other BI/analytics platforms
 * Familiarity with metadata management practices and data cataloging tools
 * Experience with report optimization and BI data validation
 * Background supporting large-scale enterprise data transformation initiatives

Eligibility requirements:

 * US Citizen (no duals)
 * Ability to obtain a client Public Trust government clearance

## Description

* Define and implement data governance frameworks, standards, and policies across SAP analytics platforms
 * Develop and maintain data quality rules, lineage, metadata standards, and data ownership models
 * Configure and manage business glossary terms, data policies, and governance workflows
 * Plan, manage, and execute data governance initiatives, ensuring adherence across business and functional areas
 * Monitor compliance with internal and external data regulations and governance standards
 * Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather and document data requirements
 * Assist in the design and refinement of data models to support enterprise reporting needs
 * Resolve data-related issues, risks, and quality concerns
 * Create Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and KPIs aligned to governance and reporting requirements
 * Collaborate with data stewards, architects, IT teams, and business units to implement data strategies
 * Develop governance performance reports and metrics
 * Support Master Data Management (MDM) and compliance initiatives
